I’ve been teaching Yoga for 13 years. Now, I incorporate Tibetan Singing Bowls and Meditation into my yoga classes and this has open a whole new world to my teaching. My students love the style, they send messages to thank me, telling me how good they felt and experienced.
To me money is not all, it is those words from my students that is the greatest rewards I get from my teaching. I learn from my students from their feedback and with self practice to my improve teaching. My students are my inspiration, I pushed myself to go further in order for me to give them the best.
I have no other words but grateful to you Master Shiva of Satyam Shivam Sundram Meditation School who thought me so much and guided me unconditionally. I humbly bow to Him,. Thank you again for helping me achieve my dream.
Workshop On Gentle Yoga Asanas with Tibetan Singing Bowls Sound Bath Sessions
The class will begin with a short Pranayama, followed by yoga poses that helps your body and mind to relax for a duration of 40 mins and then immerse in a 20 mins of soothing organic sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls

I signed up for the 7 days Nada Yoga Vedic Sound Mantra Healing + Singing Bowls and arrived in Goa feeling extremely nervous.
So the training begin…. the first 3 days was Tibetan Singing Bowls training, we were taught to play the bowls by using our senses; INTUITION, it seems! I had no idea as to how to play the bowls with my feelings! No music notes? No sequences? As the days passed I finally understood as we practiced and practiced and practiced. Then… yes….I got it!!!!
We were taught to meditate and this is the first time I really understood and fully went into a meditative state of mind. Master Shiva is a very skilful teacher that taught me techniques that I have never learnt before. During my meditation, I cried and I cried hard, because the meditation was so powerful and profound that it brought my inner emotions that I have been keeping out.

The teaching of Master Shiva was so intense & firm that at a certain point I was afraid of him. It was easy to understand and he has his ways to make you remember everything that he thought you, I guess it was the energy in his eyes
I have learnt so much that while I heal other people, I am also healing myself.
