Welcome Arrival Letter for All Students

Important points need to read before arrival for the training

  • Students can informYazdi Manager about Time of Arrival, in case need extra Night then need update way in advance,
  • Please mention dates- Time of arrival and expected checkout dates, as all training are on peak season time of Goa season. Rooms are assigned as per mentioned dates only. Preferred reply by E-mail.
  • We suggest students to arrive one day ahead of training, so they settle down rest one night and next morning be ready for opening session of training.(Breakfast time:8:30) 
  • If students ask we can arrange Airport Pickup or Drop-in, for that we need flight details few dates ahead.
  • Arrival From Dabolim Airport (North Goa): Arambol beach is around 65KHM away from Dabolim airport. (AC Taxi cost 2300 INR)
  • Arrival From Manohar Airport (North Goa): Arambol beach is around 32KHM away from Manohar Airport (North Goa). (AC Taxi cost 12500 INR)
  • Thivim Railway Station: Arambol beach is around 35KHM away from Thivim Railway Station (AC Taxi cost 1600 INR)
  • For opening & closing ceremony during training we use white dress code. If possible bring white dress with you, otherwise its around 10 minutes walking distance there are shops in Arambol from where you can buy cheap decent white dress. 
  • Opening Day breakfast time 8:30 at top Floor – Anahata Yoga Hall, Hotel Arambol Arbour. After breakfast at 9:00 we start opening ceremony Session of training. 
  • Bring note Book, Pen to take notes during training sessions.
  • We take only booking fee by online payment option like Paypal, remaining training can given by cash in Euros/ UK Pounds/ Dollars or Indian rupees, there are ATM, and cash exchange shops around 10 minutes walking distance from Our Center. 
  • Last session of day generally finish around 18:30 or 18:45, as we don’t offer dinner together during training to respect space of students & give them time to be by themselves. Our Helpers team provide nearby good places where to eat dinner info. 
  • Rschedule Training Dates : if for Some Issue Students can arrive for training and update us 30 days before the training dates, then we consider and can shift Students to Different Dates based on only months in which we do trainings in India(November to March)
  • Booking Fee is not Refundable.
  • For Some Reason during Training if Student want Shift accommodation Different Location then Room Accommodation Cost in Not Refundable, as Hotel Charges us for whole training nights and last movement not possible to Fill that Rooms.
  • Some students can be sensitive to new environment we suggest students can carry Probiotics, Diarrhea and vomiting medicines with them. 
  • During training, we serve simple healthy non spicy vegetarian food and we can’t handle changes in food demands of students as our students comes from 50+ countries, anyone who want daily extra special food demand can choose training without food and eat and nearby restaurants.
  • Sound healing process makes body sensitive, during training days for dinner, we suggest students to eat simple rather than checking out different types of food cuisine arambol beach. 
  • For With Accommodation Students, its not Possible to Give Choice for Students for Training, Rooms are assigned based what time booking is done & availability of rooms, our training happens in peak season and not last movement rooms shifting according preference not possible. 
  • During Training days – No extra practice is needed (Yoga, Breathing, Pranayama or mindfulness practice) you can stop all your daily sadhana or self-practice as this can change and mix your experience.
  • During Sound Healing Training there some session where students giving live session and that’s the best time for photos to be taken for there own profile and future workshops, we suggest students related dress if possible for the training, we suggest white dress.
  • We strictly mention all students during training no smoking & no alcohol intake.
